1. Physical activity enough to make healthy heart is obtained from the daily routine.
Wrong. Lifestyle of people today are busy but not physically active. More everyday at the computer. Try to put exercise into daily activities.

2. Sports is only useful for losing weight.
Wrong. Physically active people have many positive benefits. Regular exercise provides additional energy, reduce stress, and create a better quality of sleep. Exercise also reduces high blood pressure and improve cholesterol levels. Besides, build muscle, burn calories and lose weight. The heart and lungs function more efficiently so that makes life better quality.

3. The older age, the less activity is needed.
Wrong. Although we tend to become less active in old age, physical activity is still needed. In fact regular physical activity in elderly increase their capacity to perform daily activities. In general, middle-aged and older people benefit from the same sport with young people. What is important is to choose the appropriate sporting body’s fitness level.

4. Sports cause injuries.
Wrong. It is the most common risk of injury in sport is the muscles and joints. Injuries usually occur because the exercises are too hard or long, especially if that person was rarely exercised. To avoid the risk, try to increase exercise levels gradually. Notice your body for any pain that may arise, so aware of the signs of heart problems, such as pain in the left chest, left neck, shoulder or arm during or after exercise.

5. People who have heart attacks may not be sports.
Wrong. Regular exercise can actually reduce the risk of heart attack both times. Besides keeping yourself to stay healthy, exercise for people who have suffered a heart attack will also improve the feeling and appearance. If you ever get an attack, consult your doctor to choose a safe and effective workout.
